Generational Capital Group, LLC is an independent wealth-coordination institution. GCG coordinates the independent, licensed professionals who serve a family and provides no legal, tax, or investment services. For questions about this notice, see the contact details at the end of this notice.

Information you provide to us, including when you take the Readiness Assessment, request a System Overview, request an Opportunity Roadmap Session, contact us, or join the app launch list:

• Identifiers and contact details — first and last name, email address, and phone number where provided.
• Your Readiness Assessment responses and the referral source you select.
• The content of any message you send us and the category you select, for example “prospective client.”

Where you provide a phone number, we use it only to respond to the request you submitted. We do not use phone numbers for marketing calls or text messages.

Information collected automatically when you use the site:

• Usage and device information — pages viewed, links and buttons selected, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and similar analytics data.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Please do not submit sensitive information through this website — including account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax, estate, or financial documents. Our forms are not intended for that information. If we work together, we will gather anything sensitive through appropriate, secure means rather than through the website

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. • To provide what you request — your assessment results, a System Overview, an Opportunity Roadmap Session, a response to your inquiry, or app-launch updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or any other advertising purpose.

We share information only:

• With service providers who process information on our behalf — for example, our website hosting provider, our email and customer-relationship management tools, and our analytics provider — under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
• When required to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GCG, our clients, or others.

The Readiness Assessment is operated by GCG on our own systems. It is not administered by a third-party assessment vendor.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or render it no longer identifiable.

Marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message, or by contacting us.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. Where we are able to honor a request for anyone who asks, regardless of residence, we will.

• Access — to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it.
• Correction — to have inaccurate personal information corrected.
• Deletion — to request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal limits.
• Portability — to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out — of any sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in any of these activities.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits; we may ask the agent for proof of authority.

Residents outside the United States. This website is directed to families in the United States. If you are located elsewhere and have questions about your rights under local law, contact us and we will respond.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
