To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCG and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) the amounts you paid to GCG in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCG from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and GCG regarding the site.
