About Generational Capital Group
A wealth system built on discipline, structure, and legacy.
Our Mission
Why We Exist
GCG was created to address a simple problem: families work hard but lack systems that allow wealth to endure.
We believe most families don’t fail financially—they never had a system.
We provide the education, structure, and coordination families need to build wealth with clarity, preserve it with
discipline, and transfer it with intention.
We democratize family office thinking so families don’t need $10 million to access coordinated professional
guidance.
Our Philosophy
What We Believe
Legacy Over Ledgers
Success isn't measured in quarterly returns. It's measured in generations.
Structure Over Speculation
Wealth requires discipline, not distraction. We help families build systems, not chase shortcuts.
Coordination Over Replacement
We don't replace your advisors. We coordinate them so you have one unified strategy instead of fragmented advice.
Education Over Sales
We prioritize clarity over conversion. If you're not ready, we'll tell you what you need to learn first.
Discipline Over Dopamine
We build systems that reward consistency, not impulsivity.
Our Founder
Inspiration
Generational Capital Group is a private company owned by the Butler Family Legacy Trust. The Trust is the
embodiment of the spirit of Albert and Brenda Butler, Sr.—two people who understood that legacy isn’t what
you leave to your children, but what you leave inside them.
They didn’t just build wealth. They built a foundation of principles, discipline, and purpose that could endure
beyond a single lifetime. They taught that success without structure creates uncertainty, and that everything we
do, we do for our families.
GCG was designed with the same principles, systems, and frameworks that the Butler Family Legacy Trust was
built upon. This isn’t theory. This is what happens when a family commits to discipline, builds with intention,
and measures success in generations, not quarters.
Grounded in the complete understanding that “Accounting is the Heartbeat of Business and the Key to Personal
Finance Success,” GCG stands at the forefront of leadership in the legacy education and development space—
not because of what we say, but because of what we’ve built.
We practice what we teach. And we teach what works.
